BULLDOGS FLY PAST SOUTHEASTERN BAPTIST COLLEGE 94-60
Laurel, Miss. - After two games at home, the Bulldogs went on the road for the first game of an 8-game road schedule. The Bulldogs took on Southeastern Baptist College and flew past the Chargers with no problem by a score of 94-60.
The Bulldogs shot 57% from the field and outrebounded the Chargers 42-25. The Bulldogs also forced the Chargers to commit 26 turnovers in the game. At halftime, the Bulldogs held a 43-25 lead. In the second half, the Bulldogs outscored the Chargers 51-35 to secure the victory.
Cameron Woodall led all scorers with 15 points. Jaylen Lester followed with 14 points, Sebron Carter added 12 points and Cameron Copeland and Trajan Fielder tacked in 10 points apiece for the Bulldogs. Carter led all rebounders with 12 rebounds for his third consecutive double double this season. The Bulldogs are back in action on tomorrow as they continue their road skid with a visit to Xavier University in New Orleans, LA. Game is set for 7:30 P.M. in the Convocation Center.
